Meet the Team

Colin - Owner

Colin is one of the two owners of Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire. Colin oversees the day to day running of the company, including setting out tasks for all departments. Colin’s main focus is maintenance and equipment development ensuring the company stays with what is on trend and meets its targets. Alongside these Colin focus on sales and provides support for fun days to our amazing clientele. Colin’s favourite product for fun days is our Inflatable Climbing Wall.

Alongside running Gedling Castles, Colin studied and graduated with an engineering degree in Audio Visual and Events at the University of Derby! Colin is a real people’s person with great communication skills. He has a speciality in planning and managing events as well as a qualification in event safety.

Molly - Owner

Molly is the second owner of Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire. Molly oversees the finance, HR, marketing and administration within the company. Molly’s main focus is on ensuring each client receives a top-notch service and continually updating our website and marketing with new products. Molly manages our bookings and recruitment of new team members. Molly’s favourite inflatable is our 3D Princess Bounce & Slide Combi!

As well as running the company, Molly is a graduate from the University of Derby with a degree in Commercial Photography. This really helps when photographing our kit! Molly has a real eye for details, fantastic knowledge of editing and a skill in developing the business' brand.

Molly & Colin are parents to two young children, who love to test the majority of our inflatables and activities!

Martin - Planning & Events Manager

Martin plays a key role at Gedling Castles as our Planning & Events manager. Martins’ role consists of making sure each job goes ahead as smoothly as possible, he organises the preparation of equipment, vehicles, delivery routes and staffing that is needed to carry out each booking that comes through.

Martin is part of our core management team and contributes to bringing new and innovative products to our customers. You will also see Martin at events as our on-site event manager at large booking, supervising other staff and bouncy castles. Martin's favourite inflatable is our 130ft Celebration Assault Course.

Kai - Warehouse Supervisor / Hire Technician

Kai plays a crucial role at Gedling Castles as our Warehouse Operative. Kai is in charge of the organisation of our warehouse, as well as the cleaning and maintenance logging of all of our equipment and bouncy castles. Kai is often found prepping, de-prepping and loading vans ready for bookings.

Alongside this Kai is a technician and assists our driver with the delivery, collection and supervising of inflatables and equipment on hires.

Kai’s favourite inflatable is our Ultimate Wipeout Machine!

Kai has been a part of our team for nearly a year, he is a great asset to our team. He carries out most of the day-to-day tasks in the warehouse and is proving to be a valuable team member.

Dom - Maintenance Operative / Hire Technician

Dom plays a key role to Gedling Castles as a Maintenance Operative. Dom is in charge of carrying out any basic maintenance to our equipment, this consists of repairs, preventative maintenance and improvements.

Alongside this Dom is also a technician and as one of our main drivers and you'll often see him out on deliveries and collections!

His favourite inflatable is our Wrecking Ball Demolition Zone!

Dom worked for our team on a seasonal basis and has recently joined us in a full-time role. Dom is quickly flying through our never-ending task list of improvements which help us to keep on top of our A-Game and expand of our warehouse and operations procedures as the company grows.
