Bouncy Castle Hire Nottingham FAQs
Do you deliver bouncy castles across Nottingham?
Yes. We deliver across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, with free delivery to NG1 to NG4 and NG12 postcodes, plus selected areas of Derbyshire and Leicestershire. Check our Delivery Areas for charges and minimum orders.
How do I book, and what do I pay upfront?
Book online 24/7 or call us. A 25% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due one day before your hire. Company, school, wedding and larger bookings of £500 or more pay the balance 14 days before.
What time will you deliver and collect?
Garden deliveries are made between 08:00 and 12:00, with collections between 16:00 and 18:00. Later collection up to 21:00 is available for an extra charge. For halls and venues, we plan around your venue access times.
Can I have a bouncy castle indoors or in winter?
Yes. Indoor hire in suitable halls and venues is available all year round. Outdoor inflatable hire runs from 1st April to 1st October, while rodeos and marquees are available outdoors all year.
Can a bouncy castle go on artificial grass or a patio?
No. For outdoor setups, inflatables can only be installed on real grass. If you only have a hard surface, take a look at our hard surface hire items.

Meet some of the people behind the planning, preparation, delivery
and operation of your event equipment.
Colin
Owner
Colin is one of the two owners of Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire.
Colin oversees the day-to-day running of the company, including
operational planning, maintenance and equipment development.
Alongside this, Colin focuses on sales and provides support for
larger fun days and events. Colin's favourite product for fun days
is our Inflatable Climbing Wall.
Colin studied and graduated with an engineering degree in Audio
Visual and Events at the University of Derby. He has experience
in event planning and management as well as event safety.
Molly
Owner
Molly is the second owner of Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire. Molly
oversees finance, HR, marketing and administration within the
company, with a strong focus on ensuring every client receives
a high standard of service.
Molly also manages bookings, recruitment, website development
and marketing. Molly's favourite inflatable is our
3D Princess Bounce & Slide Combi.
Molly graduated from the University of Derby with a degree in
Commercial Photography, giving her extensive experience in
photography, editing and brand development.
Molly and Colin are parents to two young children who are always
happy to help test many of our inflatables and activities.
Martin
Planning & Events Manager
Martin plays a key role at Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire as our Planning &
Events Manager. His role includes making sure each job runs as
smoothly as possible by organising equipment preparation, vehicles,
delivery routes and staffing.
Martin is part of our core management team and also works at larger
events, including on-site event management and staff supervision.
Martin's favourite inflatable is our
130ft Celebration Assault Course.
Katie
Admin Assistant & Marketing
Katie plays a key role at Gedling Bouncy Castle Hire as our Admin
Assistant. She's one of the friendly faces and voices behind enquiries
and bookings, helping customers from their first message through to
their event.
Katie also helps look after our social media marketing and website
updates, keeping customers up to date with new equipment and
entertainment.
Her favourite inflatable is our Giant Slide - she says it never
fails to bring out the big kid in everyone!
